Who’s Behind the Movement?

Created by Niko Sofianos, FiTHOP is the result of a lifelong educator, performer, and wellness leader bringing his passions together. With a background in music production, youth empowerment, movement education, and performance, Niko has worked with thousands of students across Canada and Europe.


His mission is simple:
To give teens tools to move better, feel stronger, and lead with heart.
