About the Founder
Niko Sofianos is a revolutionary artist, thought leader, and visionary.
From competitive gymnastics to sound engineering, Niko has explored the human body, movement, and music for decades, in search of the ultimate pedagogical approach.
Through FiTHOP, Niko has redirected his own ADHD, owning and honing it as mere ‘Attention Dialed Into Higher Dimensions’. He recognizes that everyone has some degree of excessive energy that can be channeled into meaningful and healthy habits.
